Online Financial Planning & Investment Management

You don’t need millions to have a financial advisor.

Have a 401(k) from a former employer, an IRA you rarely review, or investment accounts in several places?

Work directly with Rob Siddoway to decide whether rolling over or consolidating accounts makes sense and build a plan around your goals. We meet by Zoom and use modern financial planning software to work through your financial picture together.

Start with a conversation about what you need and whether Tetrant is a good fit.

What we can help you with

Managing your investments

Review your existing accounts and decide how they fit your goals. When a rollover or consolidation is appropriate, we can help with that process and develop an investment approach around your time horizon and comfort with risk.

Planning for retirement

Think through when you would like to retire, what your spending may look like, and how your savings and other income sources could support that next chapter.

Organizing your financial life

Work with Rob using modern financial planning software to bring your accounts and goals into a financial plan. Set priorities, explore questions, and consider how account ownership and beneficiary designations connect with your estate plan.

Meet Rob Siddoway, JD, MBA, CFP®

Rob is a financial planner and estate planning attorney. You will work directly with him through scheduled online meetings, with time to ask questions and talk through your decisions.

His experience in both financial and estate planning helps connect conversations about your money today with your wishes for the future. When Arizona legal advice or estate planning documents are needed, Tetrant Legal offers those services under a separate engagement, with separately agreed scope and fees.

Who this is for

This service is designed for Arizona individuals and families with approximately $250,000 or more in investable assets who want ongoing planning and investment management.

That amount can be spread across multiple accounts, including old 401(k)s, IRAs, and other investments. It does not need to be in one account. We will review which accounts are available and appropriate for us to manage.

You may be getting closer to retirement, bringing together accounts from different stages of life, or looking for an advisor you can talk to as decisions come up.

Approximately $250,000 is our starting client profile. If you are near that level, we can discuss whether the service fits your needs.

How we get started

1. Meet online Schedule a Zoom introduction. Tell Rob what prompted you to reach out, ask questions, and learn how the relationship works.

2. Agree on the services and fees If there is a fit, we explain the proposed services, fees, and next steps before you decide whether to proceed. Sensitive financial documents are shared through an appropriate secure process.

3. Plan and invest together Once the necessary agreements are in place, we work together on your planning priorities and investment approach. We revisit decisions as your circumstances and goals change.

Common questions:

How do online meetings work?

We meet by Zoom and use modern financial planning software. You work directly with Rob, who helps you understand your plan and talk through decisions. We explain the meeting and document-sharing process before getting started.

Should I roll over my old 401(k)?

That depends on your situation. We review fees, investment options, and plan features before recommending a rollover or consolidation. Keeping assets in an existing plan may be appropriate. A transfer is not required to have an introductory conversation.

What counts as investable assets?

Generally, cash and investment accounts, including retirement accounts, rather than the value of your home. Not every account is necessarily available or appropriate for us to manage. We will discuss that with you.

What does it cost?

We explain the proposed advisory services, fees, and relevant account costs before you decide whether to engage Tetrant. Legal services have their own scope, agreement, and fees.

Is estate planning included?

Estate planning considerations can be part of the financial planning conversation. Legal advice and document preparation require a separate engagement with Tetrant Legal and separate fees.

What if I live outside Arizona?

This service is focused on Arizona households. Tell us your state of residence so we can confirm which services, if any, we can offer before proceeding.

Let’s talk about your next step.

Bring your questions about investing, retirement, or getting organized. We will start by understanding what you want help with.
